Energy Training

Rather than expending energy this style of One-to-One training uses a variety of different training methods to increase the energy available to the body so you walk away from the session having received more energy than at the start of the session.

Using yoga, tai chi and QI Gong styles of exercise to work through series of movements, it increases flexibility, blood flow, you leave with the senses of wellbeing, grounding and peace. Good to do first thing in the morning to set you up for the day.

This style of training works really well for anyone who is over-stressed, over-tired, during pregnancy or suffering from an energy depleting problems such as ME or MS.
