Steven Rudland

  • Level 3 certificate in Swedish Massage (Suffolk College)
  • Diploma in Indian Head Massage (Suffolk College)

With over 5 years experience in massage Steven has spent the last four years working at the Mersea Road Clinic in Colchester, an established osteopathic clinic for over 15 years. It is here that Steven has been encouraged and taught deep tissue massage (DTM). DTM is a technique that focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissues. DTM focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or post massage, most clients see this as good pain.

Steven is a keen cyclist, enjoys badminton, stretching and walking. He also received regular treatments of DTM enjoying the benefits of regular treatment.
